30-Day Guarantee

  • Coverage: Manufacturing defects, incorrect items, and shipping damage.

  • Timeline: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Resolution: You can request a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Stolen packages

  • Anything else not listed

Returns & Exchanges

Easy Returns in 3 Steps:

  1. Contact us at support@donutearth.com or submit a Contact Us form within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, photo of the item, and reason for return.

  3. We’ll email you a return label and instructions.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds: Issued within 30 business days after item is received and inspected.

Exchanges: Ships out once your return is confirmed in transit.
